Please note that the supplementary health insurance can only be taken out by GIZ employees who are insured in the German statutory health insurance.

Information on Reimbursement
Reimbursement for outpatient / dental treatments:
Medical bills are initially paid by yourself. You can then submit the bill to Hallesche Krankenversicherung together with the reimbursement form. For data protection reasons, please do not send any invoices to DR-WALTER.
Reimbursement for inpatient hospital stays:
If high hospital bills have to be paid, e.g. in the event of a hospital stay, please inform Hallesche Krankenversicherung by calling the emergency number +49 711 6603 3930, who will send the hospital a statement of reimbursement.
Please always use the completed Hallesche Krankenversicherung reimbursement form to submit your invoice.
