Three steps to your insurance cover
Step 1: Complete the status query
You need the status query for a new registration or to register a person to be co-insured. It is available for various target groups.
Step 2: Upload status request
Simply upload the completed PDF via our online platform or send it to us by email. Once we have received your documents, we will review them and prepare your personalised consultation.
Step 3: Consultation and product selection
Your personal advisor will contact you promptly and present you with suitable insurance solutions. Together, you will select the optimal product for your foreign assignment.
When changing countries or extending a contract, a new status query must be submitted.
